EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Nestorio C. Ignacio is the Chief of Survey for Dueñas, Camacho & Associates, Inc. Mr. Ignacio has been active in the practice of Land Surveying on Guam and in the Philippines for over 50 years.
Mr. Ignacio joined DCA in 1985 and has directed Guam’s largest survey capability which numbers 4 full-time survey crews and an office support staff of over 6 professional and technical personnel. Under his supervision, DCA has completed a myriad of large topographic, cadastral and construction-related survey and mapping projects on Guam and the CNMI.
Prior to coming to Guam, Mr. Ignacio worked with the firm of Certeza Surveying and Aerophoto Systems, Inc. in Manila, Philippines—the oldest and largest surveying firm in the Far East. While with Certeza, he supervised some of the detailed engineering surveys for numerous large, internationally-financed projects.
Mr. Ignacio is licensed to practice Land Surveying in Guam and the CNMI. Mr. Ignacio is a member and past President of the Guam Land Surveyors Association and enjoys an excellent reputation for professionalism and producing accurate and timely work. He was also a former member of the Guam Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors, Government of Guam.
